Due to the handmade nature of Relic Fur products, we follow stringent return, exchange, and refund policies.

 

​All craftsmanship is guaranteed. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Repairs due to normal wear are available at a minimal charge, please contact us for more info. We will work with you to make things right and we stand by our production process and craftmanship.

Because every viewing device screen is calibrated differently, exact colors cannot be guaranteed. Products are represented through both images and descriptions as accurately as possible. As leather is a natural material and all products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece.

For all items sold, you are buying the exact item seen in the photographs. The item you see is the item you will receive.  ​​

“Out of Stock” items will be restocked/remade as soon as possible.
