Refund Policy - the basics

At Relic Fur, we understand that sometimes items may not work out or be as expected. You have 30 days from receiving your item(s) to return unused, in-new condition products. Items must be in their original packaging. Once received, we will inspect them for signs of use. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Requirements

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Partial refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt.

We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the transaction to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the item was originally shipped with free shipping.
