We make every effort to have your order shipped within 24 hours of the purchase and payment.

Package Delivery, Theft, and Responsibility

Relic Fur is not liable for theft or damage if the package is delivered improperly or left in an unsecured location by the shipping carrier. You will need to work with the shipping carrier for any issues arising as a result of shipping and delivery of the package.

Once the package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or theft that occurs afterward.
